Lemon Beebrush

Lemon Beebrush, also known as Lemon Verbena is a flowering plant. It grows in South America, Northern Africa, Southern Europe, and Iran.

Its' bouquet offers an alternative to other lemony flavors such as lemon grass or lemon balm. In taste, it's closest to lemon zest but with a stronger aroma.

The leaves and edible flowers of the Lemon Beebrush are often used in martinis, ice cream, syrups, sun teas, pesto, salad dressing. It's also used as a fragrance in perfumes.




Lemon verbena has a refreshing and calming scent and can be very soothing for the mind and relax the nerves. It also reduces stress besides calming a hyperactive and anxious mind.
