Zucchini Milk

Zucchini Milk is quite simply zucchini that has been peeled and liquified in a blender or food processor. It can be substituted for the liquid in many recipes, such as bread, biscuits, meat loaf, and some desserts.

If you have a lot of Zucchini at the end of gardening season, and you don't know what to do with them, make Zucchini Milk. It freezes well.

Just be sure to fill the containers no more than 2/3 full to allow for expansion.

Be sure to label your containers.

Handy Tip

When boiling rice, stir a little olive oil or cooking oil into the water. This simple hack prevents the grains from clumping and sticking together, making sure each grain of rice remains separate and fluffy. It's a small step but it makes a big difference.
