Lemon Beebrush Syrup

For this recipe, you can substitute Lemon Thyme for the Lemon Beebrush.

Ingredients are for 1 Portion

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Lemon Beebrush » minced
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 20 Minutes 35 minutes
Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves.

2. Remove from the heat and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.

3. Strain the syrup into a container and discard the lemon beebrush, it has done its job.

4. Be sure to label your container.
