1. In a large bowl, cream the cottage cheese.

2. Add sugar, onion, 1 tablespoon butter, egg and dried dill.

3. Cream until smooth.

4. Add the bloomed yeast.

5. Add the flour, about 1/2 cup at a time, beating with each addition.

6. Beat until well mixed and dough is stiff but not heavy.

7. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-1/2 hours.

8. Punch down and put dough in a bread pan, or arrange in a round shape, on a greased cookie sheet.

9. Let rise again, about an additional hour.

10. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.

11. The bread is done, when tapped on the bottom, it sounds hallow.

12. Remove from the oven and while still warm, brush the loaf with the remaining 1 tablespoon of soft butter.

13. Sprinkle with coarse salt and enjoy.

For the best volume and texture in whipped cream, make sure the whipping cream is well chilled before you start. You can also chill the bowl and beaters for even better results. This simple hack raises the cream's ability to whip up nicely and hold its shape, making your desserts look and taste divine.
