- Combined the cranberries and 1/4 cup of brown sugar; set aside.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside.
1. Place milk, 1/2 cup brown sugar and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl.
2. Heat in microwave until very hot but not boiling, on HIGH (100 percent power).
3. Add raisins, oatmeal, apples, cranberry mixture and nuts.
4. Mix well.
5. Place into an oven proof dish and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
6. Stir before serving then top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
