Mulled Lemon Beebrush Cider

Ingredients are for 5 Cups

Ingredients:

32 ounce Apple Juice
15 leaves Lemon Beebrush
10 leaves Sage
1/8 teaspoon Ground Anise
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
7 whole Cinnamon Sticks » approximately
1/2 cup Pineapple » diced
1/2 cup Pears » peeled, diced
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 30 Minutes 45 minutes
Directions:

- Use 1 cinnamon stick for the Cider, and 1 stick for each mug; for garnish.

1. In a non-reactive pot, bring apple juice to a boil.

2. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients.

3. Simmer for 30 minutes, or longer for stronger flavor.

4. Remove the cinnamon stick, fruit, and herb leaves. Discard these, they have done their job.

5. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick in each mug.
