Apple Cranberry Casserole

3 cups Apples
2 cups Cranberries
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Nuts » finely chopped
1/4 cup Margarine » melted

Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

1. Core and chop the apples, leaving the skin intact.

2. Place chopped apples, cranberries and sugar in bottom of a rectangular casserole dish.

3. In a bowl, blend the rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, finely chopped nuts and melted margarine.

4. Spread over the apple cranberry mixture.

5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.

6. Serve warm.
