Roasted Kalua Pork

Ingredients:

3 pounds Pork Butt
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Hawaiian Salt
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 3 Hours 3 hours 15 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C / Gas Mark 6

1. Place the pork butt, fat side up, in a roasting pan or deep casserole dish.

2. Combine water and liquid smoke; pour over meat.

3. Sprinkle generously with Hawaiian Salt.

4. Cover and roast in a preheated 400°F oven for 3 hours.

5. Remove from pan and shred the pork.
