- Use 1 cinnamon stick for the Cider, and 1 stick for each mug; for garnish.
1. In a non-reactive pot, bring apple juice to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes, or longer for stronger flavor.
4. Remove the cinnamon stick, fruit, and herb leaves. Discard these, they have done their job.
5. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick in each mug.
