1. In a large pot, boil cranberries in water for about 15 minutes.
2. Strain through a cheesecloth bag. Do not squeeze the bag.
3. Return the juice to the pot and add 2/3 cups of sugar.
4. Bring to a boil. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
5. Remove from heat and let the juice cool.
6. Pour into a container and store in the refrigerator.
7. Refrigerating cranberry juice will keep it fresh for 2-3 weeks.
