1. Cook the Egg Noodles according to the package directions.
2. Cut the Round Steak into 1/4 inch strips.
3. In a frying pan, sprayed with cooking spray, brown the Round Steak strips.
4. Add water, mushrooms, including the liquid, and onion soup mix.
5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. In a small bowl, blend the yogurt and flour.
7. Add to the meat mixture and cook on low heat until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve over hot Egg Noodles.
