Salami And Cheese Croissants

Ingredients are for 4 Servings

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
4 whole Croissants
1 1/2 tablespoons Butter » softened
2 ounces Genoa Salami » thinly sliced
4 ounces Gruyere Cheese » thinly sliced
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
10 Minutes 10 Minutes 20 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

1. Slice each croissant open, starting from the front and leaving the back unbroken.

2. Butter each half of the croissants.

3. Divide the salami and arrange over the bottom of each croissant.

4. Cover with the Gruyere cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Place in the preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until the croissants are hot through and the cheese has melted.

6. Cut in half and serve hot.
