1. In a small bowl combine celery salt, chili powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Spread nuts evenly in a large, flat baking pan.
3. Lightly dribble the unsalted butter over all of the nuts.
4. Roast in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes, shaking pan several times to coat all nuts evenly.
5. Turn nuts onto absorbent paper towel.
6. Flavor nuts with the combination of spices you made earlier.
7. Serve warm.
