No Cook Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
6 large Tomatoes » coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Basil » chopped
1/4 cup Italian parsley » chopped
2 leaves Lemon Beebrush » chopped
3 cloves Garlic » minced
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
4 ounces Gouda Cheese » smoked, grated
1 part Salt
1 part Black Pepper
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 30 Minutes 45 minutes
Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl.

2. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

3. Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Ladle over hot, room temperature or leftover pasta of your choosing.

5. Serve sprinkled with additional Lemon Beebrush and Gouda Cheese.

Tested and True

A good rule of thumb for freezing spaghetti is to slightly undercook it before freezing. This helps maintain a better texture when reheated. Making sure each noodle is well-coated with olive oil or spaghetti sauce can also prevent clumping and freezer burn.
