1. Place a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler.
2. Add the sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and paraffin wax.
3. Let them gently melt together, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the oils and wax are completely melted, slowly add the glycerin to the mixture.
5. Stir constantly as you add each drop.
6. Remove the bowl from the heat.
7. Continue stirring the mixture as it cools down. It will begin to thicken and turn creamy.
8. When the mixture is still slightly warm, stir in the lavender essential oil.
9. Pour or spoon the lotion into small, clean pots or containers.
10. Allow it to set fully at room temperature.
11. Store the hand cream in a cool, dry place.
