2/3 cup Salt
2 tablespoons Szechuan Peppercorns » whole
1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns » whole
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
5 Minutes 5 Minutes 10 minutes
Directions:

1. Heat a heavy skillet on high heat.

2. Reduce heat to medium and add salt and both types of peppercorns.

3. Stir constantly until mixture turns a light brown.

4. Place in a blender or food processor and whirl until well blended.
