Zucchini Milk Bread

1 cup Honey
1 cup Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
3 cups Zucchini Milk
1 cup Walnuts » chopped
1 cup Dates » chopped
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
4 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 cups Unbleached White Flour
2 cup Whole-wheat Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 1 Hour 20 Minutes 1 hour 35 minutes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C / Gas Mark 4

1. Prepare 3 loaf pans with oil or cooking spray. Set aside

2. Combine honey, maple syrup, oil, zucchini milk, salt, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the dates, walnuts, unbleached flour, whole-wheat flour and wheat germ. Mix well.

4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just to combine.

5. Spoon the mixture into 3 well oiled loaf pans and bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.

6. Cool in the pans for 20 minutes before turning onto a rack.
