Ingredients:
Qty Unit Ingredient
6 cups Water
1 cup Brown rice
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
10 Minutes 45 Minutes 55 minutes
Directions:

1. Bring water to boil in a large pot.

2. Stir in rice, olive oil and salt.

3. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot.

4. Simmer for about 45 minutes, until the rice is tender and has absorbed the water.
