4 whole Prickly Pears » peeled
1 medium Apple » diced
1 medium Pear » diced
1 medium Banana » peeled
1/2 cup Walnuts » chopped
1/2 cup Almonds » chopped
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 cup Milk
5 tablespoon Honey
Prep Time Process Time Overall Time
15 Minutes 5 Minutes 20 minutes
Directions:

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled prickly pears, diced apple, diced pear, the whole banana, the chopped walnuts and almonds, chia seeds, milk, and honey.

2. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, this might take a minute or two. You’re looking for a creamy texture.

3. Taste and if you prefer it sweeter, add more honey and blend again.

4. You can serve it immediately or chill it in the refrigerator.

Be careful when peeling the Prickly Pears, they are prickly and the tiny spines can be hard to see.
