1. Season Duckling with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
2. Mix orange marmalade with orange juice concentrate.
3. Pour over the duck.
4. Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 2 hours.
5. During last half hour raise the oven temperature to 425°F and baste every 10 minutes with the pan juices.
6. For the Cherry Sauce: In a food processor or blender, puree the cherries with their juice.
7. Place the cherries, red wine, brown sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
8. Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
9. Place your Duckling on a serving platter with the Cherry sauce served on the side.
